If for any reason you are not satisfied with your AllureHost LiteSpeed Web hosting or WHM reseller hosting account within the first sixty (60) days of account activation, we will refund you 100% of your charges. Overages, domain registration fees and SSL certificate fees are excluded from this guarantee, as these are non-refundable.
We guarantee our Support Center will remain available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We guarantee you will receive a response to any trouble ticket within twenty-hours of submitting it. Currently, our average response time is less than one hour.
The AllureHost service level agreement (SLA) guarantees a monthly uptime target of 99.9%. If we do not meet that target, we will compensate you based on the chart below.

While it is very rare for us to fall below our 99.9% uptime guarantee, rest assured we will fulfill our agreement to the letter. Our SLA excludes downtime related to scheduled maintenance, software updates and security updates.
Should you receive less then 99.9% uptime, please open a support ticket by visiting our Support Center and send your support ticket number to our Billing Department. We will apply credit to your upcoming month’s invoice for the confirmed downtime.
